Chess Clock is a chess clock utility application designed for timing over-the-board chess games. The App provides dual player timers with various time control options, move counting, and game result tracking.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms.

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to its design, code, graphics, and user interface, are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license described above.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of the timer functionality for official tournament use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
